How far will you go, and who will you take with you? 

Each Racer has three core stats, Fast, Furious, and Family, which determine how many six-sided dice they roll when performing risky actions, whether they're tearing through city streets, throwing punches, or making heartfelt pleas. Players add bonus dice when their personal or car-related Tags apply to the situation. Races play out over 10 intense rounds, with cumulative scores determining the winner, while fights and arguments use turn-based exchanges where margin of success deals physical or emotional damage. If your Wounds exceed Furious, you’re out of the fight; if Emotion exceeds Family, you break in the argument. After each story, Racers evolve, boosting stats or rewriting who they are, proving that even in the world of chrome and chaos, people change.

Love by the Quarter Mile 2e has been updated to 16 pages of content, fleshing out how the game is played, and laid out so it can be printed out into a small booklet.
