All Quiet
A downloadable game
They trained together. They waited together. They went over the top together.
They did not come home.
All Quiet is a micro-RPG about the First World War, focused on a single infantry squad and the slow, grinding certainty of loss. There are no victories, no character arcs, no survival. Only orders, waiting, and what remains when resolve is gone.
Designed for one session. No preparation required. All characters die.
This is not a game about heroism. It is a game about remembrance.

You are already dead.
The war does not know your name. It knows timetables, artillery ranges, trench maps, and casualty figures. It knows how many men can be lost to gain a few yards of mud. It knows how long a body can endure cold, lice, rot, and fear before something inside it gives way.
You are a squad in the Great War.
You arrived together. You trained just enough. You learned each other’s voices in the dark and each other’s shapes through gas masks. You share cigarettes, water, letters, and silence. You know who jokes too loudly, who stares into the distance, who whispers prayers into the earth.
This game is about what the war takes, inch by inch.
It is not about heroism. It is not about glory. It is not about changing history. History has already moved past you. The guns will fire whether you advance or not.
You will wait longer than you fight. You will be ordered over the top for reasons no one can explain. You will watch the men beside you change. You will carry things for each other until your hands are empty.
None of you will survive.
What matters is not how you die. What matters is who you were to each other before the end.
Play this game slowly. Speak plainly. Let the pauses linger.
